Shipping
We offer different shipping rates, please select one when checking out. Please note, orders can take 24-48 hrs to prepare, as a lot of our jewellery is made to order. We do keep small amounts of stock and will process your order as quickly as possible.
Returns
Change of heart? No worries - we accept returns for change of mind, this includes all our jewellery pieces but does exclude earrings. Please be careful when choosing your earrings, for hygiene reasons these will not be accepted if returned.
Please return your items within 15 days, in their original condition, unworn, with tags on and in the original packaging.
We do not offer free returns, return postage charges are at customer’s expense. We suggest choosing a return method that can be tracked and traced. Please be aware the original postage charges are also non refundable.
Returns will be processed upon receipt and assessment, please allow a week for the return to be processed.
Custom orders are final and cannot be returned unless they require a repair.
Faulty Items
Native Page offers a 3 month warranty on all jewellery. Each piece of jewellery is quality checked before it is shipped to you! If an item is faulty or damaged, please contact our customer care team and we will work with you to resolve the issue - hello@nativepage.com.au
